Terms and Conditions
Hours of Operation – Corporate office hours are Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM EST. Unless otherwise noted, publicly scheduled class times are determined by geographic time zone and selected during the registration process. In the event that the selected course location has low-enrollment, TechSherpas 365 reserves the right to place the registered student in a Virtual Live Training session (based on availability) as an alternative to rescheduling for another date. If it is determined the course date is not running and there is not a virtual option, we will automatically reserve the student a seat in the next available date. Students will receive final class confirmation emails including such details as class times, location, remote class connection information, etc. approximately five (5) business days of class date. In the event final class confirmations are delayed due to circumstances beyond our control, students will receive updated notices as they become available.
Cancellation Policy – Cancellation or reschedule requests made less than fourteen (14) business days before the class start date and students who do not attend class will be subject to the full course fee. A 25% reschedule fee may apply. Substitutions may be made at any time without charge.
Sales of Certification Bundles, Prepaid Vouchers, and other discounted packages are final and non-refundable.
TechSherpas 365 reserves the right to cancel a training class due to insufficient enrollment, inclement weather, or other events beyond our control. In the event a class is cancelled, we will notify you as soon as possible. Class cancellations due to low enrollment are generally announced ten (10) days before the class start date, however, TechSherpas 365 reserves the right to cancel a class due to events beyond our control up to and including the day of the class.
All On-Demand purchases are final, non-refundable and cannot be exchanged.
Audit/Retake Policy – Students may audit a public course previously attended and paid for at no additional charge on a space available basis for as long as that class is offered. If the courseware has been updated, the updated course book must be purchased.
Payments – Credit card payments are processed upon registration receipt for On-Demand courses, and 10 days prior to instructor-led class dates. Customers paying via Purchase Order/Invoice shall be required to pay the full amount on or before the due date of the invoice. Unpaid invoices shall accrue interest each month at a rate equal to one and one-half percent (1-1/2%) of the unpaid amount and are subject to forfeiting any promotional discounts. The prevailing party in any litigation between the parties related to or arising out of this Agreement shall recover its reasonable attorney’s fees and costs from the non-prevailing party. This Agreement shall be governed, construed and enforced in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida without giving effect to the conflict of laws principles thereof. The respective federal and state courts for Hillsborough County, Florida, shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any action brought to enforce the rights and obligations contained in this Agreement.
This Agreement integrates all prior negotiations, discussions or commitments regarding the Event, and cannot be modified after the effective date of this Agreement, except by valid written instrument, duly executed by both parties. This agreement shall be binding upon and shall inure to the benefit of the parties and their respective agents, assigns, employees, successors and legal representatives. Not assignable by either party.
Agreement to Proceed – Customer acknowledges receipt and understanding of this agreement. By checking the box below, Customer agrees to the terms of this agreement and authorizes TechSherpas 365 to proceed with the scope of work detailed in this agreement. All purchases are final.
